Job summary

A leading technology firm in Bristol is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist for a six-month contract. The role involves knowledge transfer, production support, and quality improvement initiatives. Candidates must have expertise in Lean Six Sigma and lead auditing, along with a strong production or quality assurance background. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in production or quality assurance in manufacturing.
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO9001:2015.
• Proven expertise in Lean 6S, 8Ds, A3s, or QRQC.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement tools and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed SOPs and training materials to ensure knowledge continuity.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize production efficiency.
• Identify and resolve quality issues during Tool Quality Review.
• Plan and execute internal and external audits for compliance.
• Provide training on problem-solving methodologies to staff.
