Qualifications

• Degree within relevant discipline.
• Compliance-related training or certifications (e.g., CISI, FINRA) are desirable.
• Prior experience in trade surveillance or compliance monitoring within financial services.
• Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and present findings clearly.
• Experience with surveillance tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring of trading activity across all business lines.
• Support the development of surveillance models for detecting market abuse.
• Conduct detailed investigations ensuring documentation of findings.
• Produce management information and audit-ready documentation.
• Identify and propose improvements to surveillance tools or processes.
