As Head of Marketing, you willbe responsible forpartnering closely with our publishing partnersand development teamstodevelopcompellingproductmarketingand GTMstrategiesfor ourgames.This is a strategic, matrixedleadershiprolethatinvolves close collaborationwithLighthouse’sinternaldevelopmentteamsas well asourlicensing,publishingand agency partnerstobuildsuperbmarketing strategiesandworld classmarketingactivationssupported by outstanding creative execution.

Key Duties Include
  • Support the long-term brand development, identity, and creative direction forallLighthouse projectswith a focus onplayer engagement and revenuegrowth.
  • Build and manage clearly differentiated,positionedand targeteddrivinggamebrands based on deep, nuanced category understanding and consumer insight.
  • Define our player target and map their associated needs, motivations, andbehavioursto strategies that drive growth-orientated product market fit.
  • Collaborate closely with our publishing partnersand development teamsto:
  • Develop clear productand categorypositioning,target audienceanalysisandcommercial strategy for our games.
  • Developambitious, innovative and stand-out go-to-market,communicationsand live service marketingplans for our games.
  • Ideate and build outstanding,creative marketing content that drives reach,engagementand trust.
  • Develop strong strategic relationships with key licensor and brand partners acrosscar culture,gaming,lifestyleand entertainmentthatdeliver value and relevance to our playersandunlock rich content opportunities thatcanpositively engage players at scale.
  • Connectourmarketing with product and business deliverables,leveragingmarketing datatohelpinformand prioritizestrategy and execution.
  • Demonstrate amatrixleadership style that is flexible and multi-dimensional tomanage tension,clear paths,andmotivate stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Seasoned brand leader withdeep experience driving global brand and product marketing strategy.
