We have an exciting new job opportunity for an Assembly Technician to join our team, assembling premium components and modules for some of the most exciting luxury car programmes in the world.

We are partners on ultra-premium, low-volume programmes delivering vehicle programmes for the ultra-exclusive, ultra-high-value automotive sector for automotive brands such as Mercedes-AMG, McLaren, Ford GT, Aston Martin, Pininfarina, Gordon Murray and many more on such vehicles as, amongst others, the Mercedes AMG-ONE, Pininfarina’s Battista and Aston Martin’s Valkyrie Pro.

In addition, we deliver full vehicle development, including chassis and powertrain, to high net-worth heritage racers via our heritage racing division, ADP Classic Racing. We restore and rebuild high-end classic racing cars, prepare drivers, manage a programme of touring and racing, and provide full event support.

Roles and responsibilities

This role is based at our Witham engineering facility.

  • Assembly of products to required standards and timescales
  • Reporting of any manufacturing defects found during assembly
  • Reviewing manufacturing documentation and carry out the tasks independently
  • Ensure the correct quality levels are adhered to
  • Undertaking all assigned tasks in a timely manner with a flexible approach, prioritising workloads effectively
  • Other assembly duties within the production department when required, for example, blocking up and packing goods

Shift Information

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm

Overtime

Overtime is available dependent upon the successful completion of probation period and the requirements of the business.

  • Holiday allowance: 20 days plus bank holidays
