Work with senior team members to shape growth strategies across markets, segments, or verticals
Conduct analytical deep-dives to size opportunities, assess performance gaps, or inform new initiatives
Structure insights clearly to support decision‑making and prioritisation by senior stakeholders
Own the tracking and reporting of key consumer KPIs (e.g. MAU, order rate, AOV) across workstreams

6+ years in strategy, consulting, business operations or a growth‑related role in a tech or consumer business
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work from incomplete data sets
Clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence across teams
Demonstrated ability to drive structure, clarity and progress in complex environments
High personal ownership and bias for action, while knowing when to elevate or seek alignment
Collaborative mindset, able to work across a diverse set of teams and perspectives
(Bonus) Experience in marketplaces, consumer tech, food delivery or multi‑market ops
