The Island Learning Trust are looking to appoint an After School Club Manager at Minster in Sheppey Primary School. The full‑time salary for this position is KSC £25,252 with an actual salary of £7,212. This is a term‑time only position working 38 weeks per year with hours from 3:30pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday. The role is temporary, initially until 31 August 2027.
Lead our after‑school provision and manage a small team of After School Club Assistants. Provide a caring, organised and enthusiastic environment for children outside of school hours.
Experience in working with children in a play or educational setting. Warm and approachable personality. First aid and safeguarding training.
