Qualifications

• Current SC clearance or ability to meet qualification criteria.
• Demonstrable experience in 2nd Line Support and incident resolution.
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents ensuring SLA targets are achieved.
• Monitor and manage batch processing and event management.
• Assist with technical escalations and customer queries.

Skills

High level technical skill in iSeries platform

Good technical working knowledge of SQL
