Qualifications

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust backend services and APIs that power self-service portals and internal tooling.
• Integrate third-party vendor software into our ecosystem to streamline support workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Support Operations to transform user needs into technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing systems to ensure high reliability for the support team.
• Contribute to technical discussions and code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
• Develop a deep understanding of frontend systems to ensure seamless integration.
