A renowned family-run company in Birmingham is seeking an adept Account Manager to enhance their growing business. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, strong knowledge of the Plant Hire and Construction industry, and skills to nurture client relationships. You will collaborate with a national team, securing new business and optimizing service efficiency. Role: Account Manager – Birmingham – 45 hours per week – 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Are you an outgoing individual with experience in Sales? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join our talented team at our Birmingham Depot.
You will be responsible for securing new business and for maintaining and growing an agreed Portfolio of customers, identifying and developing profitable business opportunities and growth with select national clients within a defined geographical area. You will also be working within a national team with direction from the Sales Director and will liaise with the plant hire depots and other operational colleagues to optimise the service provided to customers nationwide. Working in conjunction with the Operations team to maintain and grow profitable revenues to maximise optimum efficiency for the Depot whilst ensuring compliance in line with the company policies and procedures.
Evolving from humble beginnings since we were founded over five decades ago into a now renowned family-run company with a diverse portfolio including our national Plant Hire business with a turnover of circa £60 million. We are now seeking an Account Manager to support our business as we continue to grow.
