A leading insurance provider is looking for a PMO Analyst in England to join their Operations Net Zero programme. The role involves coordinating governance, planning, and risk management while collaborating with project teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in PMO or change management, understands data, and can engage stakeholders effectively. Location: Norwich, York and Bristol

A bit about the job
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Operations Net Zero programme, helping Aviva move towards its ambition of operations net zero by 2040. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high‑performing PMO team focused on delivering meaningful, high‑value change aligned to Aviva’s standards and frameworks.
You’ll play a vital role in coordinating governance, planning, and risk and issue management to keep delivery on track and avoid surprises. Working closely with Programme and Project Managers, you’ll provide insight and challenge to help teams make confident, timely decisions.
