Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical experience in gynecology, theatres, or women’s health.
• Experience in gynecology, operating theatres, or women’s health is desirable.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical applications support for customers using GSS portfolio.
• Deliver training to enhance expertise and confidence in technology use.
• Support live cases in theatres and assist with product setup.
• Guide customers through pre-installations and assessments.
• Offer troubleshooting assistance for application-specific challenges.
• Work cross-functionally to support customer satisfaction.
