The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and a relevant degree, with a minimum of five years in application support. This position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence three days a week, and involves direct communication with users to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications.

Qualifications

• Must hold Security Checked clearance with willingness for DV clearance.
• 5+ years’ experience in a technical support role.
• Experience in a Linux environment and using application logs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 application support for Digital Sensitivity Review platform.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues.
• Liaise with internal development teams to resolve complex problems.
