The North Devon Adult Community Mental Health Team is seeking to recruitan enthusiastic, flexible and multi-skilled administrator to join its busyadministration team. The Team supports Mental Health Services across NorthDevon. You may be required to work atAbbotsvale in Bideford on occasions, but based at West Pilton Wellbeing Clinic in Pilton, Barnstaple. Training will be given to support you in yourdevelopment within this role.
The post holder will undertake administration of all office tasks insupporting the Community teams as well as covering the reception at the two sites when required.
Main tasks will include meeting and greeting patients, answering calls,when you will often be the first port of call; working from shared email inboxes,keeping Excel spreadsheets updated, generating letters and reports, uploadingthese onto our patient record system. There will be a requirement to prepare agendasfor meetings and take minutes. You will require excellent communication, IT andorganisational skills, be able to remain calm and professional during busytimes or when handling difficult situations, and have the ability to adapt toconstant changes within the NHS.
