An excited opportunity has arisen within the admin team at CMHT/SCM Tameside, for a highly motivated team administrator. We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic team player to provide affective support to a very busy service.

Main duties of the job

To provide efficient and affective administration support to the SCM/CMHT services, undertaking administration duties, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times and that work is produced effectively and efficiently.

Education Qualification
  • GCSE in English & Maths or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Excel Completion of PARIS training
Experience
  • Significant administrative experience in a similar role
  • NHS experience
Knowledge
  • Understanding of administrative processes
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of Mental Health Services
Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Applications including, Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to work flexibly and to prioritise workload
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with service users
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually
