Job summary

A specialist healthcare provider in West Sussex is looking for a Community Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care in patients' homes. This full-time position offers a salary of up to £39,000 per annum, along with a company car or car allowance. Successful candidates will require an active NMC PIN and relevant experience, but community nursing experience is desirable yet not essential.

Skills

Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC PIN

Post-registration experience within an acute care setting

Experience administering sub-cutaneous injections and IV therapies

Strong organisational skills

Confidence working autonomously
