As a Junior Data Engineer, you’ll help design, build and enhance the data capabilities that underpin critical decision‑making across defence, aerospace and engineering programmes.
You’ll join a large, collaborative Data Engineering team and work alongside dashboard developers, analysts, testers and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle. This role offers an excellent platform for professional growth from modern cloud technologies to emerging AI and machine learning initiatives giving you the skills and experience to progress your career in a fast‑evolving data landscape.
Day-to-day, you’ll work with rich, complex datasets drawn from a diverse range of sources, contributing directly to systems and solutions that help protect people, strengthen national resilience and support operational excellence.
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days onsite and days working from home.
