Qualifications

• Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role is essential.
• Solid understanding of offshore operations.
• Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems is required.
• Experience working with diesel engines from brands like Detroit, Volvo, CAT, Iveco, Perkins is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test Diesel Driven Pumps and compressors.
• Support Workshop Manager in planning and managing activities.
• Oversee workshop operations and assign tasks.
• Maintain communication with customers to ensure quality work.
• Develop the workshop team's capabilities.

Skills

Lead or supervisory experience
