Qualifications

• Proven experience managing bids within the UK public sector.
• Strong knowledge of CCS frameworks such as G‑Cloud, DOS or TS4.
• Excellent organization and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with a clear focus on compliance and governance.
• Experience supporting sales activity through a CRM.
• Comfortable working autonomously and building processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead bids from qualification through to submission across various frameworks.
• Manage timelines, compliance, and quality assurance for submissions.
• Develop winning themes and value propositions aligned to government priorities.
• Shape how bidding works in the long term.
