Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute leasing transactions for hyperscale, neocloud, and large enterprise data centre occupiers.
• Lead lease negotiations and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and prepare detailed client materials.
