Job summary

A community support organization in Sheffield is seeking an HR & Governance Administrator on a maternity cover basis. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment, managing HR records, and providing governance support. The ideal candidate will have strong digital skills, experience in HR administration, and the ability to manage confidential data. This part-time role offers a salary of £24,938 - £27,172 pro rata, along with excellent benefits including a pension scheme and health plan.

Qualifications

  • Experience in providing high quality administrative services within HR or Governance.
  • Working knowledge of using ICT software for documents and spreadsheets.
  • Experience of using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and induction of staff and volunteers.
  • Update HR database and maintain governance records.
  • Prepare HR documents, Board, and Committee papers.
