Responsibilities

• Deal satisfactorily with all customers queries on delivery or collection of the vehicle.
• Review deliveries and collections throughout the day.
• Ensure vehicle handovers take place to customer’s satisfaction.
• Report any damage or losses to the Service Manager immediately.
• Report to the Service Manager, regarding stocks of cleaning products and oil for Courtesy vehicles.
