Responsibilities

• Monitor the health and performance of the network infrastructure.
• Investigate and respond to alerts and live incidents.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, collaborating with vendors.
• Manage connectivity and service provider issues.
• Handle support tickets and change requests.
