We’re a different kind of business. Whilst we’re a major player in the property sector, Bidwells remains a privately-owned, independent Partnership, with an inclusive, entrepreneurial culture. We give our people autonomy and take the time to listen.
We have an excellent rewards package and a competitive salary: 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays), up to 8% contributory pension, health insurance, discretionary bonus, medicash scheme (money towards dental treatments, opticians and remedial therapies) and offer a modern and agile environment in which to work.
