This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, implementing country-specific requirements, and developing innovative financial wellbeing solutions tailored to diverse populations. The position will partner with global and regional stakeholders to deliver programs that enhance employee financial security and align with organisational objectives.**Job Description****Key Responsibilities*** **Pension & Retirement Plan Administration**: Develop, implement, and manage global retirement plans, including the Comcast/NBCU international pension schemes* **Benefits Program Management**: Support the design and lead the administration and project management of financial wellness programs and campaigns* **Regulatory Compliance**: Coordinate with Risk Management and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to international statutory regulations through audits, reviews, and continuous monitoring.* **Vendor Management**: Oversee day-to-day relationships with service providers to ensure positive employee experience via plan management and service delivery. Coordinate with HR Support Services team to implement design / policy rule changes.* **Employee Support & Communication**: Provide guidance on financial benefit communications – eligibility, enrollment, and utilization.
