Qualifications

• WAMITAB Level 2 or equivalent is desirable.
• Experience in a recycling or waste-handling environment is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between teams to communicate quality issues.
• Inspect and ensure compliance of incoming waste loads.
• Develop a basic understanding of SRF and RDF waste streams.
• Complete inspection reports accurately.
• Assist operational staff with waste sorting.

Skills

Working knowledge of waste management processes

Ability to identify and classify different waste streams

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Basic IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education
