Job summary

A leading engineering and maintenance provider is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer in Swansea, UK, to develop Electrical Construction Work Packs for a key client. The role involves ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards, collaborating with project teams, and managing subcontractors. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in E,C&I engineering, preferably in hazardous industries, and hold an appropriate degree. This position offers the opportunity to work on significant national infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in E,C&I engineering, including 2 years in a hazardous industry.
• CEng or IEng (Chartered/Incorporated) preferred.
• Self-motivated to achieve client deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop Electrical Construction Work Packs from design.
• Ensure work packs meet technical and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers on scheduling activities.
• Proactively address potential risks to avoid delays.
