A leading financial services group in London is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-quality support for multiple senior leaders. You will manage diaries, coordinate meetings across time zones, handle travel logistics, and maintain records in Salesforce. The ideal candidate has experience in a professional services environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract requiring at least four days a week on-site in London.
Join our Financial Institution Group Coverage and Solutions team within Macquarie Capital in London. This team plays a key role in delivering innovative solutions and strategic advice to clients across global financial institution sectors. You will be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment where your contribution supports the success of multi-national, complex projects and transactions.
This role requires a minimum 4 days a week in the advertised location and is a 12 month fixed-term contract.
