What You’ll Do
  • Lead a multi-faceted engineering team to design and define the architecture of next generation display systems from concept to production.
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations for trade-offs between architecture, performance, manufacturability, etc.
  • Author and maintain architecture and design specifications.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Direct experience of semiconductor manufacturing
  • Process Engineering across the wide range of fabrication techniques found in CMOS and/or MEMS fabrication
  • Product Engineering of complex high density microelectronics
  • Yield improvement and management techniques
  • Implementation of recognised reliability standard tests
  • Micro display characterization
  • Experience managing a diverse, highly trained engineering team within a semiconductor setting
  • Strong foundation in basic electronics, micro-optical systems, and knowledge of the digital pathway of image data within complex systems, such as those used in AR glasses
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in optics, physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or related field
  • A minimum of ten years experience working in the semiconductor industry leading cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • PhD or masters degree in optics, physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or related field
  • 15+ years experience working in the semiconductor industry leading cross-functional teams
