Job summary

A leading beverage company in the East Midlands is seeking a Production Operative to maintain machinery and ensure safety in a dynamic work environment. Ideal candidates will have at least 1-year experience in a similar role, good communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The position offers a 7-month fixed-term contract with a basic hourly rate of £14.18, increasing to £17.73 with shift premium. This role includes generous leave and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1-year experience within a similar role.
• Experience in a bottling line machinery would be preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication as well as problem-solving and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining the plants machinery.
• Monitoring stock levels and liaising with the production supervision team.
• Maintaining safety levels with particular attention to machinery.
