Qualifications

  • Experience in providing personal care to clients.
  • Ability to complete necessary paperwork and care plans.
  • Skill in managing and communicating changes effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Visit adult clients and provide personal care.
  • Complete reviews of the person’s needs and ensure care plans are updated.
  • Assist coordinators in rostering and supporting care visits.

Education
