What You’ll Do
  • Carry out quantitative analysis of metals using industry-standard methods.
  • Work efficiently to deliver accurate results within set timelines.
  • Collaborate with experienced scientists and technicians in a team-focused environment.
  • Keep clear and accurate laboratory records and documentation.
  • Follow strict health, safety, and environmental protocols at all times.
  • Help maintain stock of lab chemicals and consumables.
  • Contribute to the lab's culture of continuous improvement and high-quality work.
What We’re Looking For
  • A recent degree (or final-year student) in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related subject.
  • A keen interest in laboratory work and scientific analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and apply Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and health and safety standards.
  • Some knowledge or coursework related to wet chemistry, pyrometallurgy, or lab analysis techniques (a plus, not essential).
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel or data analysis software is useful.
