A leading hospitality management company in the UK seeks a part-time Finance Assistant to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork and communication skills to support hotel operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include daily verification of transactions, conducting audits, and preparing financial reports. We are recruiting a Finance Assistant that consistently meets all internal and external reporting deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Maintains well-organised, compliant financial records in line with PCI, GDPR, and Marriott data protection standards, while operating efficiently according to SOPs and exceeding statutory and brand compliance requirements. Demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and cross-departmental collaboration, alongside flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced hotel environment with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Cycas Hospitality manages Four Points Flex by Sheraton London Shoreditch East, under franchise agreement from Marriot’s Hotels.
