Qualifications

• Experience in pre- and post-contract administration including cost planning and estimating.
• Broad understanding of construction processes, materials and building systems.
• Confident in preparing and presenting commercial reports and valuations.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial leadership for projects across the South of England.
• Prepare and present monthly commercial reports, cost forecasts, and valuations.
• Manage contracts and subcontract packages effectively.

Education

Minimum of five years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor

Full UK driving licence
