The role

As an HLTA, you will:

• Deliver lessons and learning activities under the guidance of teachers
• Support small groups or whole classes when needed
• Create a positive, well‑managed learning environment
• Adapt confidently to different year groups and school settings
• Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies
• Provide brief end‑of‑day feedback to school staff
