Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs, PPMs, diagnostics on plumbing systems.
• Provide maintenance service across wards and departments.
• Conduct statutory testing, installation work, emergency repairs.

Skills

NVQ Level 3 Plumbing

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274

Ability to fault-find effectively

Experience with complex mechanical plant

Education

Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering/Plumbing

Additional training (medical gases, pressure systems)
