Qualifications

• Experience in rostering planning, preferably in the aviation industry.

• Capable of handling conflict and settling disputes.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly crew rosters published 14 days in advance.
• Optimise rosters to meet productivity and fatigue targets.
• Liaise with Crew Planning Manager for resource availability.
• Coordinate with Training Rostering Manager for training integration.
