• Hands-on experience in improvement and transformation across UEC space.
• Proven experience delivering change within UEC settings.
• Ideally, candidates will have a consultancy background.
• Grit to operate within real-world NHS complexity.
• Ability to influence clinical leaders, system architects, and executives.
• Committed to improving the NHS and supporting the 10-Year Health Plan.

Responsibilities

• Reduces avoidable ED attendances and reroutes patients to preventative care.
• Delivers Left Shift by redesigning intervention pathways.
• Builds integrated, data-driven UEC models for better patient outcomes.
• Supports ambulance services to transition from crisis mode.
