Overview

ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents to help deliver quality care.

You will create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, using professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. Responsibilities include developing tailored care plans, providing medicine safely and delivering excellence across all you do. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you'll have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way and be valued and respected for your work.
