A key element of this role as an Apprentice ICA Technician, you will be providing Instrumentation, Control and Automation support and expertise for the treatment works and associated assets and ensuring compliance.
As part of your development, there will be a mixture of practical and theory-based learning. As well as this, you will receive role specific technical training in line with your academic studies.
Your college / training provider will be Bridgend College (Travel will be likely if role is based elsewhere. If it is the case that we deem the college not a realistic daily commute, accommodation will be provided).
What you’ll be learning:
A minimum of Grade B in GCSE Maths and Grade C in English and Science (or equivalent) is required and also working towards a driving licence if you haven’t already got one.
College / Training provider: Bridgend College
Length of Apprenticeship: 4 years
Qualification: Level 3 Extended Diploma in Engineering Techniques and PEO modules and HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
