• Skilled in providing exceptional client-facing care.
• Experience with online appointment booking systems.
• Previous veterinary receptionist experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reception duties and greet clients.
• Triage emergency appointments and contact clients.
• Manage the practice diary for appointment optimization.
• Answer client phone calls and manage messages.
• Ensure appointment slots are available for online booking.
