This is a Hybrid role, 3 days onsite in Guildford.
We are looking for a Global Benefits Analyst to join Electronic Arts’ Global Benefits Centre of Excellence, reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Benefits. You will support major AI-enabled benefits technology implementations (Benifex and Origin), provide essential coordination for local and global projects, and contribute to ongoing projects across EMEA.
You will partner with our EMEA Benefits Lead, global benefits directors, senior analysts, and other teams. This is an important supporting role that enables us to deliver well‑managed benefits for employees while streamlining processes and enhancing operational scale.
This is a 24-month fixed-term contract and is benefits‑eligible.
