Overview

How You’ll Make an Impact

The Client Engagement Manager at Epsilon coordinates client interactions and implements modern digital marketing strategies for Publicis brands. You will play a vital role in encouraging the growth, retention, and financial prosperity of Starcom and Publicis through delivering outstanding service and implementing key strategies. The role is highly collaborative, working with Publicis agencies as well as internal cross teams internally plus working alongside your client to deliver the best-in-class objective-based solutions.

What You’ll Achieve
  • Lead customer interactions as a Manager, building client relationships within our Audience Media team.
  • Your main duties will include assisting and collaborating with our Client Engagement team to provide high-quality solutions and services to our growing clientele at Starcom and Publicis.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating audience media business throughout Starcom and Publicis by developing connections, informing client teams, promoting products, and supporting existing accounts.
  • You’ll have ample opportunities for career growth, with access to unlimited online training, workshops with industry specialists, and peer-to-peer learning.
  • This role will help you develop skills in Digital MarTech, project management, sales planning, client services, and strategic business planning, positioning you as a key contributor to Epsilon’s success across Publicis and your own professional development.
