Job Description

We are seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Regulatory Oversight Management to join our Global Clearing Control team. This role is located in Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Control Team in achieving the strategic objective of automating and streamlining processes, including identification, solutioning and implementing enhancements within the business
• Develop Baseline tooling and flows to be more efficient to improve the client onboarding process for Business Acceptance and reduce time to market
• Support development of processes to meet client demand for a more streamlined solution to Low Priced Securities exception approvals
• Driving efficiency efforts in the Control Team to enhance processes that are currently manual or repetitive in nature and where there is scope for automation
• Support initiatives to integrate Pershing into the Global Clearing Platform across the control framework

Qualifications

• Technical way of working and strong knowledge of developing workflow tools (e.g. Baseline)
• Agile mindset with respect to development initiatives and integration into projects for prioritization of deliverables
• Ability to work in a team environment to understand purpose and successful outcome of projects
• Industry experience in Financial Services
