• Previous experience as a Site Manager on high volume new build housing developments.
• Extensive knowledge of managing labour only groundworkers/contractors.
• Full UK driving licence is mandatory.

• Manage the development to maintain and deliver the build programme.
• Ensure all site compliance with Health and Safety standards.
• Liaison with head office and relevant authority departments.
