Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in real estate from private equity, investment banking, or investment management.
• Experience with operational real estate and alternative sectors like student accommodation.
• Strong ability to build financial and cash flow models from scratch.

• Build and maintain asset-level cash flow models.
• Review and analyze budgets and business plans across partner relationships.
• Assist the Acquisitions group with underwriting transactions.
