You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting Registered Nurses and contributing directly to safe, effective and compassionate care delivery.**How you’ll help us make health happen*** Deliver compassionate, safe and effective care across a range of clinical settings.* Maintain patient privacy, dignity and safety at all times.* Monitor patients’ health needs, escalating changes and contributing to care planning and reassessment.* Complete clinical risk assessments using recognised tools.* Administer medications via oral, topical, inhalation, injection and suppository routes in line with scope of practice.* Support and oversee the care delivered by HCAs, Trainee Nursing Associates and Nursing Students.* Communicate clearly and sensitively with patients, families and colleagues, ensuring accurate verbal, digital and written information.* Recognise and report risks, concerns or incidents that could impact care quality or safety.* Support individuals’ physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing, including safeguarding and consent.* Participate in audits, stock management and service processes that support smooth operational delivery.**Key Skills / Qualifications****Essential*** NMC‑registered Nursing Associate.* Venepuncture and cannulation competency.* Experience within a Nursing Associate role, including risk assessment and outpatient care.* Knowledge of outpatient procedures and radiology (including safe sedation exposure).* Strong communication, time‑management and organisational skills.**Desirable*** Immunisation training; ILS training.* Experience across multiple specialties.**Benefits**Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
