Qualifications

• Demonstrate previous experience at Breakfast Chef or Commis Chef level.
• Demonstrate previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Be self-aware and able to evaluate your own work.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and service of breakfast hot items for guests.
• Preparation and presentation of cold breakfast items for display.
• Delivery of brunch options.
• Producing nutritious employee lunches.
• Supporting other brigade members as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and health guidelines.
