Collaborating with the Learning Design team, you’ll help ensure learning interventions are aligned with organisational priorities and support colleagues long term career goals. You’ll also play a key role in evaluating the effectiveness of the learning offering—gathering feedback, reviewing data and analysing competitor approaches to ensure continuous improvement. Alongside this, you’ll build strong, influential relationships with colleagues across the business, ensuring learning is delivered consistently and effectively. This role blends virtual delivery with travel to NFU Mutual sites when needed to support colleagues and stakeholders in our regional locations.## About youYou’re a dedicated learning professional with expertise in delivering leadership and business focused interventions. You bring strong consulting skills, including the ability to assess learning needs, solve problems and make practical recommendations. You’re confident working with a range of stakeholders and excel in creating learning that truly meets business needs.
