You’ll provide expert consultancy and first-line assurance to ensure that benefits are clearly articulated, tracked, and realised. From supporting business cases and impact assessments to advising on adoption strategies and resolving cross-portfolio delivery issues, your work will directly influence the success of our change agenda.## About youYou’re a confident and collaborative change professional with a strong understanding of benefits realisation and adoption techniques. You bring a blend of analytical rigour, stakeholder engagement, and practical delivery experience to the table. You’re comfortable navigating complex change environments and thrive on helping others succeed through change. To be successful in this role, you’ll need: * Experience working in a programme, portfolio, or change management function. * Strong understanding of project management methodologies and planning tools. * Proven ability to track, monitor, and analyse benefits realisation progress. * Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and support change at all levels. * Experience in delivering training and facilitating adoption activities. * Strong organisational and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. * A Management of Portfolios Foundation qualification (essential); other change or project management qualifications (desirable). *At NFU Mutual, we support an inclusive workplace and value all the differences that make us unique.
