Qualifications

  • Experience leading or supervising staff in a care or supported living setting.
  • Confidence overseeing complex support plans and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Registered Manager with the daily operational running of the service.
  • Leading, supervising and developing staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
  • Ensuring Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches are embedded in everyday practice.

Skills

Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism
Experience working with behaviours that challenge or complex risks
Strong communication and leadership skills
